Returns

At Fryd Official store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food items that have been opened.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at Sales@FrydOfficialstore.com to initiate a return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please do not send your purchase back without first receiving a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Approval:

Partial Refunds:

Exchanges
